When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order, unless otherwise noted.

Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties if applicable.

Signature confirmation and insurance coverage will be included for all packages.

Orders are securely shipped in heavy duty packaging and secured with tamper-evident tape. Parcels that have been tampered with must be photographed and refused at time of delivery. Insurance on the package will end once delivery has been accepted. Refused shipments will be returned to Frames and Shades for further inspection.

If you did not receive your package after it has been marked delivered, please contact us within 24 hours to file a claim. All inquiries made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
